Accessibility
Last updated 6 August 2026
If something here or at one of our events does not work for you, email access@24k-ent.com and a person will answer. That is the part of this page that matters most.
This website
It is built to be usable with a keyboard and a screen reader: real headings, labelled form fields, text that resizes, and colour contrast chosen to be readable rather than merely stylish. Nothing important depends on colour alone.
We have not had it independently audited against WCAG 2.1 AA, so we are not going to claim conformance we have not verified. If you hit a barrier, tell us what page and what happened and we will fix it — that feedback is worth more to us than a badge.
At our events
Venues differ, and we do not own them. Accessible entrances, viewing areas, seating and toilets vary by venue, and the honest answer to “is it accessible?” is ask us about that specific night. Contact us before you buy and we will find out and tell you plainly, including when the answer is no.
Tell us about a companion or carer ticket, wheelchair space, seating need, or anything else before the event rather than at the door — the door is the one place we can do least about it.
Service animals
Trained service animals are welcome. Let us know in advance so staff expect you.
Sensory warnings
Our events routinely involve loud amplified sound, low light, haze and moving lights. Some may include strobe effects. If strobe or flashing light is a health concern for you, contact us before buying and we will confirm for that specific event.
This statement describes our current position honestly, including its gaps. It will be updated as those gaps close.
