Terms of Sale

Last updated 6 August 2026

These apply when you buy a ticket from us. Buying is agreeing to them. They are written to say what the system actually does, so nothing here should surprise you at the door.

A ticket is a licence, not property

Your ticket is a revocable licence to attend one event, once. It is not a property right in a seat and it is not an investment. We may refuse admission or remove anyone for conduct that endangers or seriously disrupts other guests, staff or performers — that is a safety power, not a discretion to be used casually.

Price, and what you pay

The total you pay is shown before you enter card details, with the service fee itself on its own line. There is no fee added at the last step and no fee revealed after payment.

24K pays half of the service fee on every order. Account holders have their half waived entirely, which is why signing in shows a lower total than checking out as a guest.

Your basket is held for ten minutes

Selecting tickets reserves them for ten minutes while you pay. Nobody else can take them in that window. If you do not complete payment they go back on sale automatically — this is why a basket left open can come back as unavailable.

One admission per ticket

Each ticket carries a unique code that is scanned once. A forwarded screenshot does not create a second admission: whichever copy is presented first is admitted and every later scan is refused. If you are buying for friends, send each of them their own ticket.

ID at the door

Age-restricted events require valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID. This is not negotiable and not something door staff can waive. No refund is given for being unable to produce ID, and that includes an expired card or a photograph of one. What we record when we check is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to an event

Line-ups, support acts and set times can change without the event being cancelled, and a change of line-up is not by itself grounds for a refund. If a headline act is replaced, or the date, venue or start time moves materially, we will tell you and the refund policy applies.

Resale

Tickets are sold for personal use. Reselling above face value, or listing on a secondary platform, may result in the ticket being voided without refund. If you cannot attend, contact us before selling it on.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Staff accounts carry additional powers and are monitored — every action taken in the back office is recorded against the person who took it.

Liability

Live events carry inherent risks, including loud sound, lighting effects and crowds. You attend at your own risk. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing limits any right you have under Nevada consumer law.

Disputes

Talk to us first — support@24k-ent.com. Most problems are a misunderstanding about a date or a name on an order and take minutes. Raising a chargeback before contacting us usually costs you the ticket, because the bank voids it while we are still trying to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

All sales are final unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Age-restricted events require valid government-issued photo ID at the door — no exceptions, and no refund for being unable to produce one. Line-ups and set times may change.
